The quote form

Our enquiry form is run by HighLevel, trading as LeadConnector, which is based in the USA; it is served from api.leadconnectorhq.com. HighLevel acts as our processor and keeps enquiry records on our behalf. That can involve sending your information to the US, where it is covered by the safeguards set out in HighLevel's data processing agreement.

Security checks on the form

A Cloudflare Turnstile check protects the form against bots. The form also loads resources such as fonts from servers used by its provider. Advertising pixels, including Facebook's, are not used.

Website hosting and analytics

Cloudflare hosts middlesbroughdriveways.co.uk and processes technical information, including your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not use website analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

What the form stores in your browser

Technical details such as your IP address and the browser you use are sent to the form provider when the form appears. It relies on one cookie, __cf_bm, which guards against bots, plus local storage items whose names start v2_ or v3_ (visit history and a browser identifier) and form_progress_ (your progress). Our cookies page explains each one and how to remove them.

The details we ask for

Personal data reaches us through the quote form, which collects your name, contact number, email, postcode and any comments about your driveway. Telephone enquiries to 01642 049819 are dealt with likewise. It is used for handling your request and nothing more, and there is no login of any kind.

Sharing your details

Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. We never sell your details or hand them to marketing firms.

Lawful basis for processing

UK data protection law lets us use your information because you have requested a quote, which is a step before a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.

When we delete data

Your details stay on file for a maximum of 24 months following our most recent contact, then they are removed.

Access, correction and deletion

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold, to correct it, to have it erased and to object to or limit its use. Send requests to info@middlesbroughdriveways.co.uk; we respond within a month.
